* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Evelyn Kelly
Evelyn "Elaine" Kelly, 67, of Englewood, Fla., and formerly of Kokomo, Ind., died Oct. 26, 2012.
She was born on Sept. 30, 1945, in Rockford to Rufus and Juanita Stober. She married Adam Kelly, who survives.
Also surviving is a brother, Bill (Frieda) Stober, Rockford.
She attended Warner Beauty College in Fort Wayne, Ind., and was a licensed cosmetologist. She worked as an executive secretary at the Chrysler Corp, KoKomo, Ind., and attained her certified professional secretary degree at Indiana University of Kokomo.
Funeral services are 4 p.m. Sunday at Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel, Venice, Fla.
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
