* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Paul Rockwood
Paul Joseph Rockwood, 55, St. Marys, died at 10 p.m. Oct. 26, 2012, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Jan. 14, 1957, in Celina to Paul F. and Dolores Mae Johnson Rockwood, who are deceased.
Surviving are a son, Trent (Keri) Rockwood, Delphos; a daughter, Shannon Rockwood, St. Marys; two sisters, Paula "Jeannie" Rush, St. Marys, and Wilhelmina "Willie" Klosterman, Celina; two brothers, A.J. "Al" (Pam) Rockwood, St. Marys, and Robert (Malissa) Rockwood, Port Richey, Fla.; a half sister, Delores Rockwood, Port Richey, Fla.; and three grandchildren.
Also deceased is a half brother, Dick Sittler.
He graduated in 1975 from St. Marys Memorial High School and worked as a production employee for the St. Marys Foundry Co. He belonged to Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys.
Funeral rites are 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Bill Maki officiant. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
