* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Victoria Therese Clara Link, 85, Celina, died at 4:40 a.m. Nov. 5, 2012, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born June 26, 1927, in Cassella to August and Anna Lennartz Link.
Surviving is her brother, Gustave (Betty) Link, Fort Recovery; and a sister-in-law, Anne Link, Sidney.
Deceased are her brothers, Dr. Edward Link, Leonard (Esther) Link, Meinrad (Catherine) Link, August Link Jr., Roman Link and George (Nellie) Link; a sister, Mary Ann (Wilfred "Willie") Klosterman; and a sister-in-law, Carman Link, Minnesota.
She graduated from St. Clare Convent, Cincinnati, and received her bachelor of dcience degree as a sister of the poor of St. Francis from the University of Dayton. She entered the convent in 1946, receiving her dispensation in 1968 due to health reasons.
She then worked as a dietician for Gibbons Hospital, Celina. She belonged to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, Rev. Kenneth Schnipke officiant. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, is handling arrangements.
Memorials may be given to the Immaculate Conception Endowment Fund.
