* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Leroy Lower
Leroy Earl Lower, Jr., 62, St. Marys, died at 11:15 p.m. Dec. 7, 2012, at VA Medical Center in Dayton.
He was born June 10, 1950, in Kendallville, Ind., to Leroy and Martha Daughtery Lower, Sr., who are deceased.
Surviving are three daughters, Flora Belle Lower of Glendale, Ariz., Lydia Lower of Glendale, Ariz., and Amy Lower of Winter Haven, Fla.; three sons, Luke Lower of Glendale, Ariz., Reuben Lower of Glendale, Ariz., and Sean Lower of Lakeland, Fla.; three sisters, Susan (Fred) Collingsworth of St. Marys, Joy (Paul) Gehle of Rockford and Linda Stamm of Haines City, Fla.
Also deceased are two brothers, Charles Lower and Edward Lower; and two sisters, Nancy Lower and Roslyn Freeman.
He served during the Vietnam Era as a member of the U.S. Marine Corps. and worked as a general laborer.
Funeral rites are 3 p.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Drummond officiating. Burial will follow at Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton.
Calling is one hour before services Saturday.
