Mercer County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.
CELINA - The city has taken possession of the former First Financial Bank at 225 N. Main Street, but it will take a few months until most of the municipal offices are moved.

County contracts to install turn lane on state Route 29 for distribution center
CELINA - Mercer County officials on Tuesday contracted with the state to install a left turn lane on state Route 29 in preparation for the construction of a distribution center for plumbing supply giant Ferguson Enterprises.
