* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eugene Gilleo
Eugene Gilleo, 58, Celina, died at 2:45 a.m. June 6, 2013, at the Laurels of Shane Hill.
He was born Feb. 25, 1954, in Booneville, Ky., and raised by Cliffton and Louise Roberts Myers, Celina. On Sept. 19, 1987, he married Lisa Rockwood, who survives in Celina.
Surviving are two sons, Eugene James (Kelly) Gilleo of North Carolina and Andrew Gene Gilleo of Hardenburg, Ind.; a daughter, Eugena Crystal Star Gilleo of Fort Wayne, Ind.; two brothers, Willis Gilleo of Celina and Douglas Gilleo of Celina; a sister, Pamela (Jerry) Fleck of Celina; several nieces and nephews; and five grandchildren.
He was a retired factory worker, and a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church. He also was a member of the Celina Eagles.
Funeral services are 5 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Matt Overman officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
