* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lucille Henke
Lucille S. Henke, 94, New Bremen, died at 2:15 a.m. July 27, 2013, at Otterbein of St. Marys.
She was born April 14, 1919, in New Bremen, to Emil and Adeline Koeper Poppe. On July 5, 1941, she married Frederick L. Henke, who died Feb. 11, 1989.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was the last of her family, preceded in death by her three brothers, Wilfred, Alfred and John Poppe.
Mrs. Henke was a homemaker, and had worked at Brookside Laboratory in New Knoxville and Crown Equipment Corp. of New Bremen.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen, the Rev. Ed Bray officiating.
Memorial contributions may be given to the New Bremen Emergency Squad.
Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen is handling the arrangements.
