* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Ross, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected to move through the region Saturday into Saturday night. Given the saturated ground, additional heavy rainfall may result in flash flooding.

Charles Craw
Charles Lee Craw, 72, Celina, passed away at 12:33 p.m. Sept. 30, 2013, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
He was born Sept. 24, 1941, in Chattanooga, Tenn., to Charles and Bertha Deyhle Craw. On Nov. 17, 1962, he married Doris Norris, who lives in Celina.
Also surviving are his children, Richard Craw, Celina, and Sharon (Tony) Slusher, Celina; grandchildren, Elizabeth Craw, Lindsay and Brian Gilliand, Whitney Kroft and Brandon Moyar, Amber Eubanks, Heath Paul and Harrison "Robby" Paul; great-grandchildren, Gage Craw, Peyton Gilliand, Piper Gilliand, Parker Gilliand, Raegen Stein and Elexya Stein; a brother, Bert (Brenda) Craw, Warner Robbins, Ga.; a sister-in-law, Annie Uptain, Tennessee; and a sister, Elizabeth (Randy) Easter, Rockwood, Tenn.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Margaret Cencebaugh, and a brother, Richard Uptain.
He served his country in the U.S. Army. He was formerly employed at Chrysler in Van Wert and retired after 26 years from the Lima Army Tank Plant in Lima. After retirement he worked at Huffy's and later at CAPT, both in Celina. He was also a volunteer with the Adams County Sheriff Reserves. He was a member of the Celina VFW Post #5713 and the Celina Eagles.
A memorial service will be 5 p.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Richard Van Horn officiating.
Calling is 3-5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, where a Celina Eagles service will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, and military honors will be held after the memorial service.
Memorial donations may be given to Community Health Professionals of Celina.
