Eric Weidenhammer
Eric S. Weidenhammer, 43, Fort Recovery, died Nov. 3, 2013, at Heartland of Greenville.
He was born Jan. 13, 1970, in Reading, Pa., to Earl and Patricia Freeman Weidenhammer. His father and stepmother, Earl (Cheryl) Weidenhammer, survive in Harrisburg, Pa. His mother, Patricia Weidenhammer, survives in Reading.
On April 24, 2004, in Fort Recovery, he married Gwen Thobe, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Emily Weidenhammer, Fort Recovery; a sister, Alica Weidenhammer, Reading; a father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mike (Cindy) Thobe, Fort Recovery; aunt and uncle, Lyn (Bruce) Weidenhammer, Birdsboro, Pa.; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Beverly and Josh Buening, Celina; and nieces, Kaylee and Wendy Buening, Celina.
He was a 1989 graduate of Reading High School, Reading. He enjoyed spending time with family, caring for his daughter Emily and watching his nieces daily. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR and Penn State Football.
Services are 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
