* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Boroff
Mary E. Boroff, 98, Rockford, passed away March 12, 2014, at the Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
She was born Jan. 20, 1916, in Ohio City, to Charles and Mary Moore Clouse. On Dec. 5, 1933, she married Forrest Boroff, who died Sept. 10, 1991.
She is survived by two daughters, Virginia Hesse, Mendon, and Patricia (Kelly) Howell, Lenoir City, Tenn.; six grandchildren, Randy and Rick Hesse, Teri Ross, Brent Howell, Kelly Gross and Jill Heath; 12 great-grandchildren, Josh Hesse, Angela Keith, Camille Hesse, Courtney Smith, Ryan Hesse, Kailee Ross, Chelsea, Corey and Shaquille Howell, Cole Heath, Sydney Heath and Jaden Gross; and two great-great-grandchildren, Haiden and Owen Keith; three sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law, Imogene Cooper, Lois Roettger and Laverl and Jeanne Boroff.
Deceased are a son-in-law, Larry Hesse; three brothers, Waldo, Walter and Kenen Clouse; and four sisters, Gertie Mae Clouse, Blanche Keating, Ethel Leonard and Gertrude Berry.
She was a life-long member of the Olive Branch Church of God, where she belonged to the women's association. She worked at Federal Mogul, Van Wert, and enjoyed quilting and fishing.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Steve Waterman officiating.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday and one hour before services Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to the Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center, Olive Branch Church of God, or Maplewood Assisted Living Fund.
