* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Patricia Adams
Patricia Ann "Pattie" Adams, 76, Celina, died at 5 p.m. April 22, 2014, at The Gardens of Celina.
She was born Feb. 17, 1938, in St. Marys, to Hershel and Helen McDonald Slemmons. On July 8, 1972, she married Robert "Bob" Adams, who survives in Celina.
Other survivors are four sons, Rick (Dianna) Rohr, St. Marys, Steve (Jan) Adams, Coldwater, Andy (Becca) Rohr, Clarksville, Tenn., and Scott (Lori) Adams, Celina; three daughters, Deb (Curt) Shellabarger, Celina, Kim (Steve) Waterman, Celina, and Lisa (Joe) Roth, Celina; three sisters, Sue (Ken) Ankerman, St. Marys, Sandie (Bob) Deerhake, New Knoxville, and Chris (Dennis) Krauss, San Antonio, Texas; 17 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was co-owner of Brodbeck's Supermarket with her husband. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, and a 1956 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School.
Private family services are 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, the Revs. Jeff Gramza and Douglas Meyer officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is noon to 8 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
