* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

John Kessen
John C. Kessen, 66, Carthagena, died June 11, 2014, at his home.
He was born Oct. 6, 1947, in Celina, to Albert and Rita Mertz Kessen, who are deceased.
He is survived by siblings, Ann (Richard) Mueller, New Bremen, Michael (Linda) Kessen, Carthagena, Kathleen (Lari) Robinson, Lakeview, James Kessen, Carthagena, Jane (Tom) Feltz, Maria Stein, Dennis Kessen, Carthagena, Mary Kessen, Celina, Tom (Julie) Kessen, Carthagena and Nancy (Craig) Gray, Celina.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Steve Kessen.
He was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Carthagena and the Celina Moose and was on the founding committee of the Coldwater MD Tournament. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in Vietnam, and was a lifetime member of the Coldwater VFW and American Legion.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Aloysius Catholic Church. Burial with military rites will follow in St. Aloysius Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday and from 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.   
Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
