* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charlyne Mayer
Charlyne L. "Char" Mayer, 92, Celina, formerly of Tipp City, passed away Oct. 2, 2014, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born June 27, 1922, in Tippecanoe City to Harold and Rose (Webster) Young. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Richard "Dick" Mayer.
Also surviving are a son, James (Evelyn) Hodge, Liberty Ind; stepchildren, Susan (Sherman) Brown, Doylestown, Randy (Kim) Mayer, Dayton; son-in-law, Roy Thomas Henneman, Terre Haute Ind.; grandchildren, Brenda and Bill Thornton, Troy; Betsey and Tommy Henry, Riverside; Kenny and Tana Bowen, Troy; Barbara and Jeff Garrison, Dayton; Alice Davisson and Jeff Elliott, Casstown; Judi and Joe Apple, Knoxville, Tenn.; along with 19 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a daughter, Sharon Lee Bowen Henneman.
She was baptized in the Methodist Church, was a member of the American Legion, VFW and Eagles auxiliaries. She loved living near and boating on Grand Lake.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City. Burial follows at Maple Hill Cemetery.
Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
