* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Jean Anselman

Jean P. Anselman, 81, Celina, died at 4:22 a.m. Nov. 3, 2014, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.

He was born Nov. 13, 1932, in Celina, to Vernon P. and Ada Colvin Anselman. On Jan. 10, 1954, he married Patricia Guingrich, who survives.

Also surviving are a son, Alan (Amy) Anselman, St. Marys; three daughters, Glenna (Bruce) Felver, Celina, Peggy (Steve) Snider, Celina, and Susan (Jeff) Hasenjager; a sister, Dianne (Mike) Donovan, Port Orchard, Wash.; in-laws, Ilene Ziegler, Violet Riggenbach, Mildred Green, Earl (Joan) Guingrich, Lorene Zuber, Ralph (Karen) Guingrich, Rodger (Charlene) Guingrich and Dale (Mary Ann) Guingrich; 11 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

He was retired from New Idea, Coldwater. He was a member of Celina Lodge #241 Free and Accepted Masons.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

No calling will be held. Arrangements are being handled by Cisco Funeral Home.
