* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sue Schulte
Sue Ann Abery Schulte, 77, Celina, passed away Nov. 24, 2014, at her home.
She was born July 6, 1937, in Dayton, to John Earl and Ada Wallace Abery. On Oct. 13, 2001, she married Norbert F. Schulte, who died Aug. 11, 2002.
Surviving are two daughters, Kimberly (Todd) Knechtly, and Angela Putnam; four grandchildren, Christopher (Taylor) Moore, Zachary Lewis, Kyle Knechtly and Kayla Knechtly; and four great-grandchildren, Damien, Kaleb, Kaden and Abery, all of Centerville.
She graduated in 1955 from Roosevelt High School. She was employed at the Dayton VA Hospital for 26 years and then worked at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was president of the VFW Auxiliary from 2000-2013. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Celina; Celina American Legion Aux. Post 210; Celina VFW Auxiliary Post 5713; Celina Moose Lodge; and Celina Eagles.
She was loved by her friends in the community and will be remembered for her giving spirit, as she volunteered for years at numerous church activities, VFW activities and Mercer County Community Hospital.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, the Rev. Jeff Gramza officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
