* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Margaret Hight
Margaret M. Hight, 92, St. Marys, died at 1:53 p.m. Dec. 3, 2014, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, following a short illness.
She was born July 6, 1922, in South Bend, Ind., to John W. and Sarah Cross Keirns. On June 4, 1939, she married Jesse Hight, who died May 28, 1999.
Surviving are four children, Larry (Alice) Hight, San Antonio, Texas, Melvin (Nancy) Hight, San Antonio, Linda Hight, Bellefontaine, and Deb Murray, St. Marys; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Irene Botz, Fort Wayne, Ind., and Jean Bailey, Auburn, Ind.
Deceased are a daughter, Diane Gallant; three sisters, Pauline, Betty and Velma; and a son-in-law, Frank Murray.
She had worked at the St. Marys Cotton Mill and was also a homemaker. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, St. Marys, and loved bowling and golfing. She will be remembered as a wonderful wife and mother who took great care of her family.
Private family burial services will be held at Resthaven Memory Gardens, St. Marys.
Calling is 1-4 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, west chapel, St. Marys.
Memorial contributions may be given to Grand Lake Hospice.
