* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Barbara Coil
Barbara Ann Coil, 71, Mendon, passed away Dec. 24, 2014, in the Van Wert County Hospital emergency department, Van Wert.
She was born Feb. 4, 1943, in Celina, to the late Frederick Leroy Fannon and Mary Rush Gross. On July 19, 1969, she married Norman E. Coil, who died Jan. 27, 2007.
Surviving are her children, Craig Coil, Washington D.C., Kristy (Shawn) Hole, Fort Myers, Fla., Lori (Todd) Marsee, Naples, Fla., and Michelle (Steve) Gill, Hoquiam, Wash.; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three brothers, Tim (Nancy) Gross, Michael Fannon and Mick Gross; and five sisters, Karen Auer, Mary Schwartz, Sherry (Bob) Weaver, Sue (Gary) Wicker and Brenda (Jerry) Bergman, all of St. Marys.
Deceased are siblings, Candice Fisher and Freddie Fannon.
She had been employed at the Mt. Tabor Church of God, Celina, where she was a very active member. She served in many organizations within the church and was active with Bible school and assisting with funeral luncheons. She was noted for her love of baking pies, cooking and playing bingo.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Mt. Tabor Church of God, pastor Tim Hollinger officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at W.H. Dick and Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Mendon, and from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Tuesday at Mt. Tabor Church of God.
