* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Arkenberg
John R. Arkenberg, 54, Fort Loramie, died of natural causes on the early morning of Feb. 22, 2015, in Okeechobee, Fla., while visiting his parents.
Arrangements are pending at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie.
