* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sister Maria Klosterman
Sister Maria Klosterman, SFP, 75, born in Celina, passed to eternal life on March 9, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Alvina (Ranly) Klosterman.
Surviving are her Sisters in Christ, the Franciscan Sisters of the Poor; brothers, Earl, Vic, Luke, Gary, and Tom; and sisters, Judy Rentz and Connie Vail.
Also deceased are two brothers, Mark and Bob.
She lived a life devoted to God for 57 years as a Franciscan Sister of the Poor. During those years she served the poor as a dedicated nurse at Catholic hospitals in Cincinnati, Dayton and Covington, among others. In addition, she initiated FAITH Services, a pioneer outreach to persons with AIDS. She served in leadership as Congregational Councilor.
Liturgy of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Clare Convent Chapel at St. Clare Convent Peace Center, 80 Compton Road, Cincinnati. Interment will follow at the Convent Cemetery.
Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Friday at St. Clare Convent Peace Center with a rosary service at 7 p.m. in St. Clare Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Franciscan Sisters of the Poor Foundation Inc., 708 Third Ave., Suite 1920, New York, NY 10017.
