Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. ST. MARYS - A local Girl Scout is looking to freshen up a nature park this spring.
Michaella Huber, a Memorial High School sophomore and Girl Scout of 11 years, spoke Wednesday to the St. Marys Rotary Club about her Gold Award project.
