* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Elizabeth Kettler
Elizabeth E. "Betty" Kettler age 97 of New Bremen, Ohio, died on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 6:38 PM at the Otterbein of St. Marys.
She was born on September 3, 1917 in New Bremen, to the late William and Emma (Schaefer) Weinberg. On May 10, 1941 she married Robert F. Kettler who died on June 4, 2009.
Surviving are their children, Diane (Nick) Grilliot of St. Marys, and Robert Kettler of Columbus, grandchildren Nick (Melody) Grilliot, Jr., Kris (Bryan) Giesige, and Sheri (Scott) Schlosser, and eight great-grandchildren.
Along with her husband, Betty was preceded in death by her siblings Grace Dine, Irene Brown, Loverta Weinberg, Ruby Hill, Howard Weinberg, and Pearly Weinberg.
Betty was a life-long and dedicated member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in New Bremen. She was a member of the Twig Benders CCL, and volunteered at New Bremen Schools. She was an avid card player and belonged to several Bridge groups.
She and her husband wintered in Florida for many years, and together they loved to spend time outdoors walking, biking, swinging, and just being together. Betty loved her family, and was well known for baking pies and for her smiling face.
She worked at the former STAMCO of New Bremen, and was a homemaker. Her family knows that Betty lives on in their hearts as a truly special, and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 13, 2015 at 10:30 A.M. at the Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, 225 W. Monroe Street, New Bremen, Ohio, with the Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating. Burial will follow in the German Protestant Cemetery of New Bremen.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2015 from 3:00 until 6:00 PM at the funeral home, and one hour prior to the services on Monday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Paul U.C.C. Church Memorial Fund, or to Grand Lake Hospice.
