Snowfall of at least an inch is expected across the region, with up to 2 inches possible. There is also the potential for brief intense bursts of snow, especially between 10 PM and 3 AM. Where these brief bursts of snow occur, visibility may drop suddenly, creating additional travel hazards tonight. West winds will become northwest overnight, gusting as high as 30 to even 35 mph. This may cause blowing snow over roadways, even as the snow ends after 3 AM.

ST. MARYS - A local Girl Scout is looking to freshen up a nature park this spring.
Michaella Huber, a Memorial High School sophomore and Girl Scout of 11 years, spoke Wednesday to the St. Marys Rotary Club about her Gold Award project.
