* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Thelma Brackman
Thelma J. Brackman, age 77, of Centerville, formerly of St. Henry, died at 11:30 AM on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Miami Valley South Hospital in Centerville.
She was born April 12, 1938 in St. Henry, to the late Ralph & Alfreda (Siefring) Rose. On May 25, 1957, she married Dennis Brackman, who survives.
Also surviving are seven sons, Gary (Rosemary), Tampa, Neal (Lynne), Cincinnati, Dale, Hilliard, Michael (Marcia), Indianapolis, Craig (Karen), Tipp City, Doug (Carol), Springboro, and Kevin (Leslie), Akron, two daughters, Cheryl (Greg) Gudorf, San Diego and Trina (Kevin) Bruening, Springboro, sixteen grandchildren, four sisters, Wilma (Robert) Edmondson, Dorothy (Gary) Aho, Betty (Dennis) Kugler, Linda (Gary) Stelzer, a brother Dennis (Sally) Rose and a brother-in-law Leonard Rethman. She is also preceded in death by a sister Marjorie Rethman.
She had a twenty year career as a receptionist in the Personnel Department at Crown Equipment Corporation in New Bremen. She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and its Ladies Rosary Altar Sodality and enjoyed social activities with the Red Hat Society. Her greatest joy was to spend time with her family.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at St. Henry Church. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
The family requests memorials be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
