Coldwater picnic events may be moved to less wet areas

COLDWATER - Recent flooding has prompted village officials to reconsider plans for retention ponds and consider moving certain attractions to more solid ground at this year's community picnic.

CELINA - After much discussion, Celina City Council members on Monday night took the first step toward asking voters in November to allow the city to use part of the 0.5 percent additional income tax to repair deteriorating streets and alleys.

St. Henry school board takes action
