* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Patricia Kelsey
Patricia Lou "Pat" Kelsey (nee Buchanan), 79, of Deerfield Beach, FL, passed away on July 11, 2015.
She was born July 26, 1935 in Willshire, OH to Ralph and Ruth Buchanan (nee Alspaugh).
Pat was preceded in death by her parents; and is survived by her children, Randy Kelsey, Karen Keebler (Rick), and Julie Carmody (Bryan); 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Sharon Ellington, Paul Buchanan, and Brenda Smith.
Pat was a graduate of Rockford High School.
Pat was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was supportive of her family and friends and she helped them in every way possible. Her generous, giving spirit led her to years of volunteering and philanthropy. She was admired for her independent, adventurous, grateful, positive spirit. Pat was known for her beautiful smile and her uplifting fun spirit.
Visitation and Memorial Service are being held at Kraeer-Becker Funeral Home in Deerfield Beach, FL.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Pat's name to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Pat will be greatly missed, but she will always live on in the hearts of those who love her.
