* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Pilipovich
John D. Pilipovich, 36, passed away at his home in Celina, on July 12, 2015 at 4:42 AM.
He was born on December 17, 1978 in Niles, OH, to John R. and Mitsue (Kajita) Pilipovich, both survive in Niles, OH. He married Trever Mrachek on May 30, 2015 and she survives in Celina.
Other survivors include a sister, Lisa Burgess, Niles, OH; a half-sister, Chris (Scott) Hudson, Atlanta, GA; a half-brother, Barry (Robin) Conkey, Atlanta, GA; a uncle, Frank (Susan) Pilipovich, Fayette City, PA; and an aunt, Millie (Steve) Hoist, PA.
John was a 1997 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, Niles, OH. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force for nine years. He worked at McAfee Communication in Celina.
He was a life member of Celina VFW Post 5713, a member of Celina American Legion Post 210, and the Celina Moose.
Memorial Services will begin at 6:00 P.M., today, Thursday, July 16, 2015 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Kathy Correll officiating; where the family will receive friends 4-6 P.M. prior to the service at the funeral home. To conclude the services, military honors will be provided by the Celina American Legion Post 210 and Celina VFW Post 5713.
