* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Luella Huelskamp
Luella E. Huelskamp, 94, of New Riegel, passed away Sunday morning, July 19, 2015 at Heritage Center in Minster, Ohio where she resided since October of 2008.
She was born on March 25, 1921, in New Riegel, Ohio, to Isadore and Stella (Williams) Tiell. On October 22, 1949, in St. Boniface Church, New Riegel, she married Alfred Huelskamp. He preceded her in death on August 27, 1992.
Survivors include her three sons, Thomas J. (Rebecca) Huelskamp of Piqua; Donald P. (Kelley) Huelskamp of Cambridge and Allen J. Huelskamp of Wauseon; five grandchildren, Emily Huelskamp, Steven Huelskamp, Kathy (Mark) Winnie, Benjamin Huelskamp, and Emma (Patrick Johnson) Huelskamp; and one great-grandson, Xavier Winnie. She is also survived by a brother-in-law, Arthur (Janice) Huelskamp of Fort Recovery and two sisters-in-law, Sister Luella Huelskamp, C.P.P.S of Dayton and Mildred Will of Fort Recovery.
She was also preceded in death by her sister, Corrine (Charles) Thom and her brother, Paul (Rita) Tiell.
Luella was a member of All Saints Parish, New Riegel and the Rosary Altar Society. She was also a member of the New Riegel American Legion Auxiliary #354.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at All Saints Parish, New Riegel, with Rev. Scott Kramer and Rev. Timothy Kummerer con-celebrating. Burial will follow in St. Boniface Cemetery in New Riegel.
Friends may visit and share stories with the family on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 4-8:00 P.M. at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 and from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the Service on Thursday at the Church. A Christian Wake Service will begin at 3:30 P.M.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Boniface Cemetery, Heritage Center Activities Fund or to a charity of the donor's choice.
