* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Michelle Bruggeman
Michelle E. Bruggeman, age 21, Fort Wayne, IN and formerly of Portland, IN, died September 3, 2015, in Huntington County, IN, from injuries sustained in an auto accident.
She was born December 14, 1993, in Coldwater, OH, to Roland and Marie (Dues) Bruggeman who survive in rural Portland, IN, along with her two brothers, Michael and Mitchell.
Also surviving are her grandparents, Virginia Bruggeman of Coldwater, and Donald and Linda Dues of Coldwater. Her grandfather, Lavern Bruggeman, is deceased.
Michelle was a 2012 graduate of Jay County High School. In 2014 she graduated from the International Business College, Ft. Wayne, IN with a degree in travel and hospitality and in 2015 graduated from Ivy Tech College, Ft. Wayne, with an associate degree in Liberal Arts. She had just started classes at Ball State University, Muncie, IN, majoring in journalism and social work.
Michelle was employed at WestPoint Financial, Ft. Wayne and had formerly worked at Windsor Fashions and Victoria's Secret, both of Ft. Wayne. She loved to travel and hang out with her friends. She enjoyed taking pictures and was passionate about buying just the right outfit with the perfect accessories. Michelle was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Bryant, IN.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Monday, September 7, 2015 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, with Fr. David Hoying officiating. Burial will follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery, Bryant, Indiana.
Calling is 1:00 pm-6:00 pm Sunday and 9:00 am-9:45 am Monday at Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
