* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Charlotte Ramsey
Charlotte A. Ramsey, age 69 of Celina, formerly of Dayton, passed away Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Hospice of Dayton.
She was born May 6, 1946 in Dayton. Charlotte is survived by her husband of 32 years, Robert Ramsey of Celina; one daughter, Angela McCormick & husband, William of Vandalia; 4 grandchildren, Shawn & wife, Sheena, Stacy (Anthony), Kirsten and Kristina; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Makayla, Kadence, Daniel, & Sophie; 2 sisters, Ginger (Shamsey) and Mary (Kenneth); 3 brothers, Allen (Carolyn), Dick (Gay) and Bill (Shirley); many nieces, nephews, other relatives and good friends.
Charlotte was the former Postmaster for the Osgood Post Office and was an active volunteer with St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina.
  Charlotte loved her family and knew how to liven up every occasion. She valued her close-knit family and was full of spirit. She was kind-hearted and never met a stranger. Charlotte was deeply loved and will be missed by her family and all who had the privilege to know her.
It was Charlotte's wish that her body be donated to the Wright State University School of Medicine and a Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.
