* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Fred Sutter
Frederick R. "Fred" Sutter, 73, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died on October 14, 2015, at Elmwood Assisted Living, New Bremen, Ohio.
He was born June 16, 1942, in Celina, OH, to the late Julius and Erma Harlett Sutter.
Surviving are two sisters, Dorothy (Bill) Lininger of Saint Marys, OH, and Mary Ann (Al) Saam of Cridersville, OH; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death are his brothers, George Sutter and John (Sharon) Sutter Sr., and a sister, Dianne Gaerke.
Fred retired from the former Union City Body Company, Union City, IN.
He was a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, and he enjoyed taking walks after work and being with family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 19, 2015 at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, Ohio, Fr. Ned Brown officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
Calling is 2:00 pm-5:00 pm Sunday and 9:00 am-10:00 am Monday at Brockman - Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
