* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Virginia Schug
Virginia "Gini" Williamson Schug, 89, of Portage, Michigan, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2015, at the Brookdale Assisted Living facility.
Gini was born on April 7, 1926, in Ohio the daughter of the late James and Gladys Florence Williamson. Gini met her future husband Robert "Bob" O. Schug at age 16 and married him soon after, before he left for the army in World War II. They were married 56 years before Bob died in 1999.
She was the mother of 2 sons, Robert Jay Schug (now deceased) and Joseph Lee Schug. Bob and Gini lived in the Lima, Ohio, area till Bob retired from Excello in 1987 and they moved to Ocala, Florida. They loved their life and neighbors in Oak Run. In 2013, Gini moved to Michigan to live with her son Joe for 2 years and then, in 2015, to an assisted living facility in Portage, Michigan.
Gini was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bob, her son Jay, and her sister, Harriet. Remembering her loving nature will be her son Joseph (Karen) Schug, grand-daughters Tracey, Nicole, Megan, and Sarah, great grand-daughter Courtney, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
According to Gini's wishes, cremation will occur and she will be transported to the Bushnell National cemetery in Dunellon, Florida, and placed to rest beside her husband.
There will be no services.
