At 1204 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Jackson Center, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, half inch hail, and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Montra, Huntsville, Lakeview, Mcmorran, Botkins, Maplewood, Russells Point, Jackson Center, New Hampshire, Bloom Center, Anna, Chippewa Park, and Lewistown.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 98 and 105.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

Alice Tobens
Alice R. Tobens, 81, formerly of Saint Marys, and a resident of Otterbein Saint Marys Retirement Community, died 7:47 A.M. Monday, November 2, 2015, in the emergency department of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital.
She was born November 18, 1933, in Cloverdale, Ohio, the daughter of Edward and Mollie Catherine (Horstman) Langemeyer. She married Robert J. Tobens on September 15, 1956, at Saint Barbara's Catholic Church in Cloverdale, Ohio, and he preceded her in death on August 23, 1994.
She is survived by her children: Dean (Janice) Tobens of Darlington, South Carolina; John (Shawna) Tobens of Neptune, Ohio; Ted (Shelley) Tobens of Nashville, Tennessee; Benjamin Tobens of Saint Marys. She is survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Marita Koester of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and a sister-in-law, Joyce Langemeyer of Payne, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Charles Langemeyer; brother-in-law, Jerome Koester; and by her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Appolona and John Tobens.
Alice was a 1951 graduate of Ottoville High School. She retired from Huffy Bicycle Manufacturing Company, where she had worked in the office.
She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Saint Marys, and the Ladies' Sodality of the church. She was a member of American Legion Post 323 Auxiliary and the Red Hat Society. She devoted countless hours to volunteering at Agape Ministries and the American Red Cross.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 A.M. Saturday, November 7, 2015, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Saint Marys, Father Dan Hunt, celebrant. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, Saint Marys.
Friends may call from 5-8 P.M. Friday at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, where memorial gifts may be given to the Holy Rosary Church Building Fund.
