* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Betty Guy
Betty J. Guy, 62, Lima, died 7:10 A.M. Monday, March 28, 2016, at her residence. She had lived many years in Palm Coast, Florida.
She was born July 25, 1953, in Rowan County, Kentucky, the daughter of James H. and Ida Mae (Jefferson) Caudill. She married Howard Cooley and he preceded her in death. On July 3, 1982, she married Frank H. Guy, and he preceded her in death in 2009.
She is survived by her children: Dana Cooley of Palm Coast, Florida; Belinda Hutchison of Hillsboro, Kentucky; Wanda (Scott) Mosley of Lima; David Guy of Palm Coast; Crystal (Marc) Crawford of West Virginia; Steven Guy of Palm Coast. She is survived by her step-children, Mary (Ron) Elkins of Grove City, Ohio; Tony (Christine) Guy of Columbus; Bobby Guy of Columbus. She is survived by 19 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She is survived by her siblings: Kathy (Carl) Osgood of Columbus; Larry Caudill of Stockover, Kentucky; Viola Caudill and Geneva Caudill.
She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; her step-son, Frank Guy; by her siblings: Mary Wolford; Nellie Jones, Hilda Blevins; Inez Choafe and Arlie Caudill; by two grandchildren, Shawn and Kristen.
Betty will be remembered as a very friendly person who loved spending time with her family. She loved to cook and listen to music.
Funeral rites will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday, April 2, 2016, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 34 West High Street, St. Marys, Brother Gary Mosley, officiant. Burial will follow at Harrison Twp Cemetery in South Bloomfield, Ohio.
Friends may call from 4-7 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
