* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Esther Laux
Esther A. Laux, age 83, Portland, Ind., passed away Monday in Swiss Village in Berne, Ind.
She was born in Celina April 11, 1932, the daughter of Clarence and Mary Ann (Remakulas) Wagner. She was married October 10, 1951, to Joseph E. Laux and he died March 16, 2012.
She had worked at Fisher's Meat in Portland for many years. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Surviving are two sons Ron Laux (wife Mary Ann) of Portland and Greg Laux of Geneva, two sisters Helen Wagner of Coldwater and Levina Laux of Coldwater, two grandsons Brad Laux of Ft. Wayne , Ind., and Phil Laux of Portland and one great granddaughter.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 10:00 A.M in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Fr. Robert Moran presiding. Burial will follow in the Green Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 – 8:00 PM. Memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
