* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Connie Kitzmiller
Connie G. Kitzmiller age 63, of Minster, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 1, 2016, at The James Cancer Hospital, Columbus.
She was born on October 10, 1952, in Ironton, Ohio, to the late George and Wanda (Sizemore) Blagg, and her mother survives in Minster. She married Dennis Kitzmiller on July 29, 1983, in Minster, Ohio, and he survives in Minster.
She is also survived by two sons: Keith Powers, and Kevin Powers, both of Celina; and siblings: Pam Helmlinger, St. Marys, Yvonne and Nick Houts, St. Marys, and Terry and Lisa Blagg, Ft. Loramie.
She was preceded in death by a brother in-law: Randy Helmlinger.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 5, at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, Pastor Robert Warnick officiating. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, May 4 and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Thursday.
