* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Marah Kinder
Marah P. Kinder, 19, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died June 11, 2016 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, OH.
She was born September 19, 1996 in Bluffton, IN, to Dewey "Vinton" and Barbara (Hull) Kinder. Her father is deceased; her mother survives in Portland, IN.
Also surviving are two sisters, Mallory Kinder of Bloomington, IN and Claire Kinder of Portland, IN; grandparents, Norman "Buzz" & Pat Hull of Fort Recovery and Dewey & Mary Kinder of Bryant, IN and great grandmother, Ruby Kinder of Frankfort, OH.
She graduated on May 22, 2016 from Fort Recovery High School and was enrolled to attend Harding University, Searcy, Arkansas this fall. Marah was considering majoring in some field where she could help others. Her infectious smile lit up a room and will be greatly missed.
She was a member of the Fort Recovery Church of Christ, Fort Recovery.
Private family services will be held 10:30 am Thursday, June 16, 2016 at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Flint Redwine officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery. Ohio.
Friends may call from 3:00 pm-8:00 pm Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
