Ronald Bowers
Ronald "Ronnie" LeRoy Bowers III, age 16, of Kettering, OH, passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2016. Ronnie was born on June 28, 2000 to Ron Bowers, Jr. and Jessica (Glover) Combs in Greenville, OH.
He attended Mississinawa Valley, Weisenborn Middle School in Huber Heights and most recently, Kettering Fairmont H.S.
Ronnie loved to drive, pass the football with his brothers, fish and spend time with his family and friends. He was a beloved son, big brother, grandson and cousin. Ronnie was loved by everyone.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ronald Bowers, Sr., and step-grandmother, Catherine Hemmelgarn.
Ronnie is survived by his parents; siblings, Jesse Koch, Lance, Lacey and Lucas Bowers; maternal grandparents, Richard Glover and Donna Glover; paternal grandmother, Cindy Wolfe; step-grandparents, Robert and Julie Combs, Roger Hemmelgarn and Cyndy Konrady; his beloved dog, Chunk and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Family will greet friends from 11:00 am-2:00 pm on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at Kettering Fairmont High School, 3301 Shroyer Rd. Kettering, OH.
A funeral service will follow at the high school beginning at 2:00 pm.
The family would like to thank the staff at Kettering Medical Center and Life Connection for all the wonderful care they have given to Ronnie as well as the Kettering Police Department.
