Difficult travel conditions will continue today in many locations due to the residual impacts from the winter storm. Give road crews room to work and use caution if you must travel today.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 6 PM EST this evening. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM this evening to noon EST Tuesday.

Frederick Trafzer
Frederick E. Trafzer, 81, of Wapakoneta passed away 11:23 a.m., Wednesday Sept. 7, at Lima Memorial Emergency Room. He was born July 4, 1935 in Ft. Recovery, OH to the late Harry and Alivina Fickert Trafzer.
Fred had worked at the Lima Refinery for 17 years and had just recently retired. He had formerly worked for Celina Police Dept. and Ringles Plating after serving 2 years in the U. S. Army.
Additional survivors include children: Dianna (Joe) Bruns of Celina, Donna (John) Bruns and Doug (Carmen) Trafzer both of St. Marys, 8 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 10 step great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter and son-in-law Debra & Dennis Hague and a sister Darlene (Keith) Fullroth.
A gathering will be held Sunday Sept. 11 from noon to 2:00 p.m. at the Knight of Columbus in Celina.
