* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eugene Rammel
Eugene E. (Butch) Rammel, age 70, of Burkettsville, died Sunday, December 25, 2016 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
He was born September 8, 1946, in Celina, to the late Willibald L. & Bernadetta (Wuebker) Rammel. On November 27, 1965, he married Rose (Miller), who survives in Burkettsville.
He is also survived by four sons, Mike & Anita Rammel of St. Henry, Greg Rammel of Celina, Tony Rammel of Coldwater and Bill Rammel of Montezuma; eight grandchildren: Cody, Heather, Dylan, Morgan, Aubrey, Trevor, Tony & Trinity; two great grandchildren Brynli and Trinity; siblings Barbara Brackman of Tipp City, and Nick & Cindy Rammel of Montezuma; his mother-in-law Ludwina Miller of Coldwater; and in laws, Agnes Rammel of Portland, Oregon, Patti Rammel of Tumwater, Washington, Dick Miller of Coldwater, Tom & Marilyn Miller of Liberty Township, Dan & Alvira Miller of St. Henry, Diana Miller of Burkettsville, Ed Miller of Dayton, Rita & Tony Schmitz of Celina, Victor & Kathy Miller of Columbus and Theresa & Tim Hagar of Celina.
He is preceded in death by a grandson Trent Rammel; father-in-law Jerome Miller; siblings Ronald Rammel and Ivan Rammel and brothers-in-law Gene Brackman and Carl Miller.
He was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church in Burkettsville, a Vietnam Veteran and drove a semi-truck for Winner & Sons in Osgood.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at St. Bernard Church, Burkettsville. Burial with military honors will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 2 to 8 PM and on Thursday from 9 to 10 AM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Care.
