* WHERE...In Indiana, Wayne County. In Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Lee Billger

Lee C. Billger, age 84, of Celina, OH, passed away on Friday, January 20, 2017 at 10:03 am at Celina Manor.

He was born October 3, 1932 in Celina to Harry and Lucille (Weber) Billger; both preceded him in death. On May 17, 1952 he married Ruth Hein; and she survives at the residence in Celina.

Also surviving are two sons, Steve (Laura) Billger, Celina, and Mike (Angel) Billger, Celina; a daughter, Cathy Rosengarten, Celina; seven grandchildren; two step grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.

Also preceded in death by two brothers, Carlyle (Mary Smith) Billger and Monte (June) Billger; and a sister, Linda Widman.

Lee was a 1950 graduate of Celina Senior High School. He was retired from Parker Hannifin and worked as a supervisor at the former New Idea. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, fishing at Lake Erie, and spending time with his family and friends.

Funeral services will begin at 6:00 pm on Thursday, January 26, 2017 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, OH, with Pastor Douglas Meyer officiating; the family will receive friends from 2:00 pm-6:00 pm prior to the services at the funeral home. Private graveside services will be held on Friday at the convenience of the family at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina, OH.
