* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Agnes Pepple
Agnes S. Pepple, 92, Waynesfield, died July 27, 2017, at Otterbein Cridersville retirement community.
She was born September 3, 1924, on her family farm near Pandora, Ohio, the daughter of Albert and Sarah (Hilty) Burry. She married Joe Pepple on November 21, 1946, at the Grace Mennonite Church in Pandora; he preceded her in death on July 30, 2012.
She is survived by her four children: Ron (Marcia) Pepple of Waynesfield; William (Nancy) Pepple of Akron, Ohio; Frederick (Kathy) Pepple of Wapakoneta; Karen (Tom) Hoban of Minster. She is survived by her grandchildren: Dave Pepple; Chris Pepple; Ellen Pepple; Josh Ryland; Jackie Bonomo; Annie Ryland; Doug Pepple; Allison Pepple; Julia Pepple; Ben Lehmkuhl; Kaitlyn Lehmkuhl; Amanda Lehmkuhl; Rebecca Lehmkuhl. She is survived by her great-grandchildren: Will; Kendall; Leo; Joey; Ali; Liam; and Rhett.
She was preceded in death by her parents; by her husband; by her daughter-in-law, Diane Pepple; by her siblings: Melvina Nuenschwander; Vilas Burry; Benjamin Burry; Elnora Rayle; Elvina Burkholder; Margaret Basinger; Mary Burry; Lucille Bucher.
Agnes graduated from Pandora High School in 1941. She then went to work at Westinghouse Corporation in Lima during WWII, and later was a farm wife and homemaker.
She was a member of the Waynesfield United Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star. She enjoyed playing cards, especially pinochle. She liked to garden and can food, and her family was always the focus of her life.
Funeral rites will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 5, 2017, at the Waynesfield United Methodist Church, Pastor Vera Welker and Pastor Katie Hayes, officiants. Burial will follow at Willow Branch Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2-8 P.M. Friday at the church, where memorial gifts may be given to either the church or the Waynesfield Community Foundation.
