* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rita Pohl
Rita A. Pohl, age 85, of Osgood, Ohio, passed away at 6:35 P.M. on Friday, July 28, 2017 at The Gardens of St. Henry.
Rita was born April 18, 1932 in Russia, Ohio, to the late George & Celena (Magoto) Dapore. On November 27, 1952, she married Lavern Pohl at Sts. Peter & Paul Church, Newport, and he survives in Osgood.
Rita is also survived by her four children, David & Kathleen Pohl of St. Louis, MO, Michael & Dana Pohl of Centerville, Diane & Jerome Schwieterman of Chickasaw, and Jeffrey & Lora Pohl of Chickasaw. In addition Rita is survived by nine grandchildren: Megan and Lindsey Pohl, Jennifer Gaerke, Jay, Lee, and Greg Schwieterman, Molly Kindle, Natalie and Benjamin Pohl, as well as a brother Paul & Kay Dapore of Versailles, and in-laws: Arlene Pohl of Versailles, Eileen & Robert Stelzer of Coldwater, Carl & Mary Ann Pohl of Maria Stein, Leroy & Alberta Pohl of West Chester, Denis Pohl of Greenville, Larry & Jessie Pohl of Alpharetta, GA, and Nancy & Jerome Meyer of Coldwater.
Rita was preceded in death by a grandson Jack, siblings Michael Dapore, and Mary Ann & Frank Arling, and a brother in-law Roger Pohl.
Rita was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, St. Barbara's Ladies Sodality, and a member of American Legion Auxiliary, all of Osgood. She graduated from Russia High School and formerly worked at Marion Local Schools in the Cafeteria, and retired from Crown Equipment.
She enjoyed camping, playing cards, spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and visiting with her neighbors on her swing.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at St. Nicholas Parish in Osgood with Rev. Fr. David Zink celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Martin Cemetery, Osgood.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 1, from 3:00 to 8:00 P.M. and Wednesday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Osgood Life Squad.
