* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Grieshop
John H. Grieshop, 77, of St. Johns, OH, died 11:00 p.m., Tues. Aug. 15, 2017, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 14, 1939, in Ft. Recovery, OH, the son of Henry A. & Rose T. (Schuh) Grieshop, who preceded him in death. On Nov. 6, 1982, he married Dorothy Burton Bowman, who preceded him in death on March 24, 1997.
Survivors include, a son, John Grieshop, Jr., St. Johns, a sister, Rosemary (Herb) Kaiser, Coldwater, OH, 2 brothers, Louis (Charlene) Grieshop, Fort Recovery, OH, Herb (Janice) Grieshop, Celina, OH, brother-in-laws & sisters-in-law, Norma Grieshop, St. Henry, OH, Doris Grieshop, Celina, OH, Fred Wilker, New Bremen, OH, Jeanette Grieshop, Ft. Recovery, OH, numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Jerome, Dennis, & Maurice Grieshop and 4 sisters, Laura (Ralph) Langenkamp, Martha (Cletus) Dues, Ruth Wilker & infant Catherine Grieshop.
A farmer, John was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wapakoneta. He served in the U.S. Army. John was a former member of the Wapakoneta Fraternal Order of the Eagles, Aerie #691 and the Lakeview Amvets Post #39.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Fri. Aug. 18, 2017, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wapakoneta, Fr. Sean Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Wapakoneta.
The family will receive friends from 9-10 a.m., at the Long & Folk Chapel, 13 South Blackhoof St., Wapakoneta.
