* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Craig Shinn
Craig Allen Shinn, age 55 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Sunday November, 19, 2017 at home with his family.
He was born on Aug. 25, 1962 in Celina to Marjorie (Korfhagen) Shinn, who lives in Celina.
Craig was preceded in death by his father James Shinn and his daughter Ashley Shinn, maternal grandparents George and Eleanora Korfhagen, and paternal grandparents Clyde and Elsie Shinn.
Survivors include his children Chelsey Shinn of Van Wert, Dusten Shinn of Pittsburg, PA., Jacob Shinn of Van Wert, Brandon Shinn of Celina, brothers and sisters-in-law Scott Shinn, Todd and Mary Kay Shinn, Douglas and April Shinn and Darren Shinn all of Celina.
Craig attended Celina Senior High School and was employed at Key Fasteners in Berne, Indiana.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday Nov. 22, 2017 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Robert Sweeney officiating. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater.
A visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 on Tuesday Nov. 21, 2017 and from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the Funeral Home.
