* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 714 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

Thomas Baker
Thomas Leo Baker, age 82 of Celina, Ohio passed away at 10:35 p.m. on Friday Aug. 3, 2018 at the Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
He was born on Oct. 5, 1935 in Rockford, Ohio to the late Leo J. and Mary (Murlin) Baker. On Sept. 16, 1960 he married Carolyn J. Hamrick, who survives.
Also surviving are his two children Tamera J. Baker of Celina; Don T. (Renee) Baker of Indianapolis, IN; two grandchildren Jordan Lopez, Tyler Baker; one great granddaughter Aeristy Lopez; one step grandson Kyle Keller; sister Donna Hone of Celina; sister and brother-in-law Cheryl (Lavern) Hamrick of Willshire and his sister-in-law Charlotte Baker of Celina.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter Andrea Lyn Snyder, brothers Don L. (Marti) Baker, Hubert Allan Baker; brother-in-law James Hone, in-law Samuel L. (Nora) Hamrick.
He graduated from the Willshire High School with the Class of 1953. Then served his country in the United States Marine Corps from 1954-1956 as a Corporal serving in Japan as a Chemical Biological and Radiological Warfare Instructor.
He retired after 25 years of service with Navistar in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He also had his own spouting and roofing business and Bakers' Fiberglass Picnic Tables.
In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his children, grandchildren and great granddaughter. Thomas was a member of the St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Rockford.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday Aug. 27, 2018 at the St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 1538 Oregon Rd. Rockford, Ohio 45882, with Rev. Katherine Beckett officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Paul's United Church of Christ Cemetery.
A memorial gathering will be held from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. on Monday at the Church. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Baker Family for a memorial in honor of Thomas L. Baker.
