* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Daniel Bills
Daniel J. Bills, age 69, of Montezuma, died Friday, August 31, 2018 at OSU Medical Center in Columbus. He was born June 25, 1949 in Mercer County, to the late Clem & Marie (Mueller) Bills. He married Elizabeth (Stelzer) on December 2, 1972 and she died August 23, 2014.
He is survived by four children, Jodi & Matt Fleck of Bellbrook, Mark & Jennifer (Spoltman) Bills of Chickasaw, Julie & Brad Heitkamp of Bellbrook and Carla & Tim Davis of Troy; thirteen grandchildren Mara, Corinne, Julia & Lauren Fleck, Carson & Evelyn Bills, Will, Adeline & Noah Heitkamp and Grace, Sophia, Emma & Olivia Davis; siblings and in-laws, Dennis & Dorothy Bills of St. Henry, Edgar & Judy Bills of Coldwater, Alvin & Donna Bills of Maria Stein, Rose Ann & Jim Keller of Maria Stein, Marilyn and the late Rich Osterholt of Vandalia, Tom & Diana Bills of Nashville, TN, Gary & Linda Stelzer of Coldwater, Joan & Dave Homan of Hoagland, Indiana and Kathy & Jim Naseman of St. Henry.
Dan served his country as a member of the United States Air Force Reserves from November 1967 through October 1973. He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Maria Stein American Legion, and was an active supporter of the Maria Stein Country Fest and Marion Local Schools. Dan will forever be remembered to all as a hard worker for Stachler Concrete and as a turkey farmer to provide for his family. He enjoyed his retirement years on Grand Lake St. Marys.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Burial with Military Rites will follow in St. Sebastian Cemetery. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater from 3 to 8 pm on Tuesday and 9 to 10 am Wednesday.
Memorials may be made to Lake Improvement Association.
