* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Betty Archer
Betty Rowena (Bolenbaugh) Archer, 90, of Kettering and formerly of Ohio City, passed away Sunday evening at Kettering Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio.
She was born on March 11, 1928, in Willshire Township the daughter of the late Clarence Bynon and Rea Agnes (Taylor) Bolenbaugh. She married Wilbur Guy Archer on January 26, 1947, who died on June 17, 1990. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Glen Wesley Bolenbaugh and a sister, Mary R. Bigham.
Family survivors include two daughters, Rosiland (Timothy) McNeeley of Lakewood and Deanna (Steven) Rau of Dayton; a brother, Robert L. (Lois) Bolenbaugh of Ohio City; six grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
Betty was a 1946 graduate of Ohio City-Liberty High School. She was a member of Olive Branch Church of God and the WCSC.
Services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, September 8, 2018, at Olive Branch Church of God with Pastor Marc Phillips officiating. Interment will follow at Tomlinson Cemetery, near Mendon.
Calling hours are 4-8 p.m., Friday at Cowan & Son Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Saturday at the Church.
Preferred memorials are to Olive Branch Church of God.
