* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... ST. MARYS - School district officials have created a list of budget cuts totaling nearly $2.6 million that could be enacted if the 1 percent earned-income tax levy issue fails in November.
Area school officials strictly prohibit bullying and say they are taking preventive steps.
Celina City Schools has 2,559 students and had 21 reported incidents last school year. The district reported the most incidents among Mercer County school districts.

Fort Recovery improves to 5-0 in MAC with win
FORT RECOVERY - After dropping the second set to Coldwater, Fort Recovery served its way to dominating wins in the final two sets.
The Indians had seven aces over the final two sets to win the MAC volleyball battle 25-23, 20-25, 25-16, 25-10 on Thursday night at Fort Site Fieldhouse.
CELINA - The Celina volleyball team was unbeaten in Western Buckeye League play entering Thursday's game with Ottawa-Glandorf.
The defending champion Titans didn't let it stay that way.
MINSTER - After a slow start, the New Bremen volleyball team got rolling against Minster.
The second-ranked Cardinals hung on for a 25-23 win in the first set and then rolled to 25-15 wins in the next two for a 3-0 win at Minster Thursday night in Midwest Athletic Conference action.
