Steven Vance, age 54, Celina, Ohio passed away on Sept. 19, 2018 at his residence.
Steven is the son of Majorie Vance, who preceded him in death. Steven was never married and had no children.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Cisco Funeral Home in Celina.
