* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

The Dollar General store on Havemann Road was severely damaged by a tornado a year ago. The building was later demolished and removed. Dollar General officials decided not to rebuild the store after the tornado, but plans call for the construction of a new retail store on the site. The name of the new business has not been disclosed.
